1. Measure Your Wrist
Wrap a flexible measuring tape or a narrow strip of paper around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
Keep it comfortably close to your skin without pulling it tightly. Mark where the ends meet, then measure the length against a ruler in inches or centimetres.
