3. Orders, Pricing, Taxes & Payment

An order is considered placed once the required order information has been submitted and the applicable payment has been successfully processed or otherwise confirmed through the payment methods made available by us.

The applicable product price, customisation charges where relevant, shipping charges and other applicable amounts will be presented to you before the order is completed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, product information or availability errors. Where an error materially affects an order, we may contact you before fulfilment to clarify the applicable details.

4. Customised & Atelier Pieces

Products with Atelier/customisation enabled may be personalised using the customisation options provided through the relevant product experience.

The available customisation options, applicable charges and preview of the selected configuration are presented to you before you place your order.

By placing an order for an Atelier/customised piece, you confirm and approve the customisation selected by you. Please carefully review the available options and preview before completing your purchase.

Once an Atelier/customised order has been placed, the selected customisation cannot be changed or cancelled through a subsequent request.

The same cancellation, return and refund terms applicable to our orders also apply to Atelier/customised pieces, subject to the applicable product and order circumstances.

Atelier/customised pieces are prepared by our studio and are normally dispatched within 3–4 days after the order is received. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier, destination and other delivery circumstances.

Any applicable customisation surcharge is displayed as part of the Atelier experience before you place the order.

5. Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 3-4 working days after order confirmation, unless a different timeframe is communicated for the relevant product or order.

Atelier/customised pieces follow the studio preparation timeframe described in the Atelier section above.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared using the contact details provided with the order.

Delivery timelines depend on the destination, courier service, service availability and circumstances outside our direct control. A delivery estimate should therefore be understood as an expected timeframe rather than an absolute guarantee.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and valid contact information when placing your order.

Shipping charges and any applicable free-shipping eligibility are determined according to the shipping terms applicable to your order and displayed during checkout.

6. Cancellation, Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

Returns or refunds are generally not available for change of mind, incorrect product selection, personal preference or circumstances where the ordered product is otherwise supplied as described.

If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly with the relevant order details and supporting information so that the matter can be reviewed.

Where appropriate, we may request an unboxing video to help us assess the issue. Please retain the product and its original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

Any approved return, replacement or refund will be handled according to the applicable circumstances and our return/refund process.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, inability to reach the recipient, refusal to accept the parcel or other circumstances attributable to the delivery information provided.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept delivery or similar circumstances, additional shipping or other applicable charges may apply before a further delivery is arranged.
